Everything below is honest. Live means a client is using it in production. Roadmap means it is planned but has no committed date. Anything not on the list is not planned.
Channels
A channel is where a prospect writes to you. A traffic source sends prospects into a channel.

Languages
Two tiers: languages where the whole platform is translated, and languages where you supply your own content. Adding a new language is a data operation, not a rebuild.
Platform languages
Every system message, customer status label, and qualification level label exists in these. A client in one of these languages is fully translated out of the box.

Your own questions, options, confirmations, and reopen prompts can be configured in any language. The platform seeds these by default; any ISO 639-1 language can be added.

Rate cards are keyed on country and industry segment. Each client is billed in their own currency. Pricing follows the client, not the platform.

Roadmap items are planned. Some are close; some are months away. We do not publish dates we cannot hold.
