4. What We Collect
From clients: business name, contact details, billing details, Google account identifier, configuration data. From prospects: name, contact details, answers to qualification questions, channel identifier, timestamps, conversation history. From website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, device information.
5. Why We Collect It
To provide the lead qualification service, notify clients when a qualification completes, produce reports, authenticate users, issue invoices, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
6. Legal Basis
Contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation.
7. Who We Share It With
Meta, Google, Google Cloud Run, Neon, Zoho, TikTok, payment providers, professional advisers, and law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
8. International Transfers
Where personal information is transferred across borders, we ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with POPIA.
9. How Long We Keep It
Lead information: one month after the last follow-up, or 12 months from collection if no follow-up is made. Client account data: relationship + 7 years. Billing records: 7 years. Portal user records: role duration + 90 days. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics: up to 12 months.

11. Your Rights
Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, delete, object, restrict, port, complain, and institute civil action. To exercise any right, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, per-client data isolation, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular backup testing.
